The ABCs of Salvation

A) ADMIT that you are a sinner.

“For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.”
– Romans 3:23

B) BELIEVE that Jesus died on the cross to forgive you of your sins and rose from the grave so that you can go to heaven when you die.

“For God loved the world in this way: He gave his one and only Son, so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life.”
– John 3:16

C) CONFESS that “Jesus is Lord” in your life.

‘If you confess with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.
One believes with the heart, resulting in righteousness, and one confesses with the mouth, resulting in salvation.’
– Romans 10:9-10

If you are ready to make a lifelong commitment to Jesus today pray a prayer like this:

“God, I admit to you that I am a sinner but now I believe that you died to forgive me of my sins and rose from the dead so I can go to heaven when I die.
I confess that you are Lord of my life. Amen.”

If you made this prayer to God then you are saved and going to heaven. I encourage you to become involved with a local church and tell a pastor or church leader about your new-found commitment to Christ.
